Apartment is 1800 Sq Ft Living Room: 180 Sq Ft Kitchen: Modern with brand new steel appliances, hood stove Bedrooms: off limits 2 Bathrooms NOTE: I can accommodate more than 6 people at a charge of $50/hr per person Newly renovated with all original redwood moulding and pocket doors, this retreat is bright and airy by day with large bright windows and hardwood floors, on the corner of a wide Blvd with unlimited street parking. It's a diverse family neighborhood filled with friendly people walking around throughout the day, a variety of architecture, and it's just 6 blocks from Lake Merritt. It's a 20 minute walk to the Lake Merritt Bart, a 5 min car ride, or a 15 min bus ride. I'm a Feng Shui interior designer and sustainable artist and am happy to be able to offer my home for creative use and collaboration.
