It's filled with special pieces I've gathered from around the world, lots of plants and cactus, original artwork, vintage relics, unique furniture and lighting that I've personally made, so it has a pretty distinct artistic vibe. While it's a century old building it's been newly renovated while retaining all the original redwood moulding and pocket doors. There are hardwood floors throughout as well as bright and airy windows that provide light on all sides throughout the day and a beautiful warm afternoon glow. It's on the corner of a wide Blvd with unlimited street parking and has a locked driveway in back if needed. It's a wonderfully diverse family neighborhood filled with friendly people walking around throughout the day, a variety of architecture, and is just 6 blocks from Lake Merritt. It's a 20 minute walk to the Lake Merritt Bart, a 4 min car ride, or a 7 min bus ride. PLEASE NOTE: My maximum number of attendees is 6 and anything over that is $25/hr for each additional person . This covers wear and tear, which inevitably happens with larger groups.
