Desert Ranch Oasis w/ Views, a Farm, & Ponds

The space I'm offering is a 162 acre ranch which is rather rural. I live on the property in a barn loft which can be used as a production head quarters (can be cleared for gear of all sizes and as a cool place to collect your thoughts and plan your next move). There are two full bathrooms on-site which can be used. The property is set back off of a dirt road but the road is managed enough to drive anything from a little car to something as big as a semi truck. The property is 162 acres which for the most part is covered with large cotton wood and mesquite trees which provide lots of shade. There are two active ponds with tullies/pussywillows, Yerba Mansa and lots of frogs with a beautiful desert mountain backdrop. There are multiple locations or looks all around the property ranging from desert scene with a view of the San Gregorial mountains to Mesquite forests to swamps and ponds and a small but lush garden with a wide range of vegetables. There are also lots of rustic old metal contraptions that capture beautifully. There are camp grounds around and small camping trailers which have all been painted different and artistically. We also have lots of yard art and cool old things all over the property. We have a tractor on the property included with an operator so depending on your needs we may be able to help facilitate a lot of you production needs. I'm sure I'm leaving lots of things out too.
