Welcome to my charming spacious humble abode! Inside you will find an 1195 square foot space that offers a wonderful beach house feel which still holds its original Spanish style charm. Enjoy immense natural light with comforting west coast breezes. This space is neatly decorated and includes a 50" flat screen smart TV in living room, 72 inch ceiling to floor length mirror, kitchen, bedroom complete with Queen bed, full office with desk and space for computer equipment, Original hardwood flooring in living room, bedroom and office, additional 200 sq ft of outside deck that offers a beautiful view of the neighborhood and Hollywood mountains. Rental also includes 2 car garage located directly below the guest house (This is a great space for catering set up, equipment storage, etc.), high speed WiFi, non permit street parking and private residential alley with access through garage convenient for loading and unloading production equipment. To date I have hosted a variety of production shoots, numerous fashion photo shoots and private parties. I would love to work with you on your next project! This great, personal space hourly rate applies to our regular business hours Monday - Friday. Depending on your inquiry, you may be charged at one of the rates below: (3 Hour Rental Minimum) Monday - Thursday rate: $125/hour Friday - Sunday rate: $165/hour This chic guest house is located minutes from LA's Sofi Stadium, Kia Forum, Hollywood Park Casino, LAX and close to DTLA. Very private intimate neighborhood; ideal for any size production filming, music videos, photo shoots (great natural light on deck), workshops, castings, still & video.
