Flatiron District Unique Loft

This is an open-space loft with unique features, such as: an enormous copper bathtub that, according to legend, was a cheese vat in Wisconsin before stainless steel (both of my kids were born in there!); a vinyl record collection; quirky art-work; a roomy kitchen. All the tables and chairs, which I designed and built, are on wheels, for easy redeployment. The vibe is both artsy/funky and welcoming/comfy. I am a screenwriter and film-maker; several films and photo shoots have been here, along with wrap-parties. I'll be present for all events and, as an actor, could probably be enticed into your film.
