Weekend and evening productions preferred. We can accommodate weekdays however that would require a buyout for the day. Traditional, single-story, single-occupant office building in Arcadia, CA, just 17 miles East of downtown Los Angeles. Tons of on-site parking in our private parking lot. Our building features a traditional cubicle office space with 7 cubicles, an executive boardroom (ideal for read-arounds, wardrobe, make-up, etc.), a classroom/multi-purpose room (ideal for equipment storage, actor holding, make-up, wardrobe, etc.), 2 hallways, 2 bathrooms, a lobby, small kitchen, a small outside patio, private parking lot with 2 driveways and plenty of street parking. Plus we're nice people - check out our reviews! FEES: We start at $299 per hour. After 8:00pm the rate is $475 per hour. Hourly fee may increase depending on the size of your cast and crew. Sorry, but we cannot accept student rates or provide discounts.
