This eight acre property features a small home with amenities, outdoor bathroom and shower facilities, a creek separating the front and back halves, a treehouse, and a few other aesthetically pleasing odds and ends. This property has been used as a base camp for many productions of all kinds and sizes. We offer the country feel, western shoots, haunted house, great golden hour light against the valley behind us, even that "afghanistan" look in the creek and against some hillsides we have.
