Tons of natural light with huge windows on all sides Unique chandelier lighting throughout 4800 sq ft open layout provides ample space for 100 person seated dinner + Beautiful wood tables and chairs included. + Huge 16 ft custom built in bar + 6 Highboy Cocktail tables +900 sq ft outdoor deck directly off of event space + 2 oversized individual bathrooms *Venue is on the 2nd floor with stairs access only. *Alcohol must be served by a licensed bartender and may not be sold without a liquor license. *DJ must use our included speaker only. All music must be quite after 10pm and end by 11pm.

Die Gäste können ihre Buchung zwischen 90 und 14 Tage vor Beginn des Events stornieren und erhalten 50 % des Buchungspreises (ohne Gebühren) zurück.
