The space is perfect for weddings, family reunions, corporate meet ups, concerts and holiday parties. The 4,000 sq. ft warehouse has a lighting grid where you can hang lights and decorations, kitchenette, Roll Up Door 12’ x 15’ and plenty of space to host big events. We also have a lobby that can be rented separately, a chalkboard, bathrooms with multiple stalls and 4 available green rooms. Guests can use these for meetings, editing, presentations, co-working space, interviews, or brainstorming sessions. Renting this space includes: Warehouse space Cyc wall High speed wifi.
