This 750SF guest house is brand new, with tons of vintage Seattle charm incorporated throughout. Located on a quiet, tree-lined street, the Carriage House is perfect for your commercial or creative project. Exceptional design features include old growth and reclaimed cedar ceilings, vintage doors, clam wood mantle and high end kitchen and bath finishes. An efficient heating and cooling system will ensure your crew's complete comfort year-round. The two-story Carriage House is located on our property, tucked neatly behind our home. Thoughtful fencing and landscaping provide as much privacy as any of us city dwellers can expect. There is a private garden and outdoor dining area for your enjoyment. The Carriage House is accessed via a driveway that is reserved exclusively for you and can accommodate up to three cars (in addition to ample street parking). Downstairs is an open layout with a comfortable living area, ample seating, charming electric stove, Cable TV with streaming options, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. The house has a full kitchen, with modern stainless steel appliances, artisan tile work and unique barn lighting. The upstairs is airy and romantic with vaulted cedar ceilings and comfortable furnishings. In addition to the bedroom, you will find a spacious bathroom, full size washer & dryer, and a desk. Don't miss the stunning quartersawn oak antique doors which were salvaged from Seattle's Palladian Hotel, built to accommodate prospectors during the Klondike Gold Rush. The original hotel room numbers are still displayed. You will love the cozy bedroom, dressed with crisp white linens. The bedroom window and skylight have accompanying black out shades. Just outside the bedroom is a spacious and beautifully designed bathroom, complete with walk in shower, custom vanity, gorgeous tile work and fixtures. A brand new washer, dryer, iron and ironing board are hidden behind louvered doors for your use. There is also an open work space upstairs. Guest access You will have complete and exclusive access to the Carriage House, driveway and the adjacent garden and outdoor dining space.
