You are walking distance from Metro North and many diverse restaurants reflecting the culture of this unique location. We are a busy working studio but try and offer our space when there's down time. The space includes: -beautiful, expansive kitchen with natural light -two commercial refrigerators -3 commercial freezers -2 stoves, 2 ovens, 2 microwaves -large island and peninsula as well as additional counter space -two baker’s racks -photo equipment, props, surfaces to rent -large windows (can be blacked out in studio area) -private bathroom -large, comfortable, inviting client area -large table and buffet for lunches/catering -cozy conference room -9ft ceilings, exposed brick, hardwood floors -rental hours flexible
