The space is a large studio with a backyard, approximately 1900 sq ft. in total (indoor and outdoor) It has a bathroom and small kitchen area. It also has 2 large windows in the back and in the front. The windows can be blocked for private events. The venue includes bluetooth speakers (indoor), wifi, projector, sternos, long and round tables, and chairs. The price is inclusive of the indoor and outdoor space. There is no option to book separately. The booking time frame should include the setup time needed. Transportation is close and convenient. It is near several buses and trains. It is located in an up and coming neighborhood. The space is good for baby showers, birthday parties, networking events, etc. DJ services are available for social events but the cost is additional. We do offer decorating services too. The decorating services depends on the event type and client requests. Recycling is mandatory. Additional fee will be applied if recycling is not done

Die Gäste können ihre Buchung zwischen 30 und 7 Tage vor Beginn des Events stornieren und erhalten 50 % des Buchungspreises (ohne Gebühren) zurück.
