The warehouse interior has a 1600 sq ft, open span area plus a separate room for hair, make up, wardrobe and\or greenroom. There is also an area for staging. 7 mins from downtown LA. Perfect for music/dance videos, photo shoots, base camp & set/prop builds. *This is not a sound stage however film/interviews etc have been filmed here - feel free to ask about the quietest days/times. Located on a private fenced corner lot, it includes a drive up ramp and large access doors for easy unloading/loading. There are 6 parking spaces plus a reserved space beside loading ramp for a grip truck. Ample free street parking. PLEASE READ ALL DETAILS/RULES BEFORE BOOKING STAGE / SHOOT AREA - 1600 sq' - 2 north-east facing windows (can be blacked out, ask host for details). - lowest point of ceiling 15' highest point (along center) 25' MAKE-UP / WARDROBE There is a separate hair/make up/wardrobe room on site with vanity/mirrors and clothing rack. *POWER: 2 circuits (20 amps each). Outlets located along lower part of walls. Access to main source if guest brings a distro or spider box (1 phase, 50 amps, 125/250V). Guests are welcome to bring in a generator. WET FLOOR: *Guests can wet the floor (mop/bucket & water provided) as shown in some of the pictures - PLEASE INQUIRE WHEN BOOKING so it can be ready and instructions/rules/safety precautions can be discussed. *Please note: failure to notify host BEFORE your shoot may result in your host not being able to accommodate wetting the floor. PLAYBACK/LIVE MUSIC: Playback OK at moderate level -> residential area PLEASE INFORM HOST if there is to be live music. *Failure to notify host of live music BEFORE booking may result in host not being able to accommodate live music. FOGGER/HAZER: Water based fogger/hazer ok - please inform host when booking PROP CARS: Guests can drive a prop vehicle into building - please inquire to host when booking so arrangements can be made and the entrance can be prepared. *Guests who arrive with prop vehicles and have not inform host upon booking MAY NOT BE ACCOMMODATED.
