Über Tendue

Tendue is curated, fully furnished, and hands-off by design. You’ll have access to our full inventory of tables, chairs, soft seating, kitchen amenities, a private changing room, and space for up to 60 guests. The space is styled with intention so you can simply show up and make it your own. No required vendors, no hidden fees, no surprises. We're always happy! ⸻ Weekday Bookings (7am to 10pm) • $150/hour (1 hour minimum) Weekend Bookings (through December 31st, 2025) • $250/hour (4 hour minimum) Weekend Bookings (starting January 1st, 2026) • Morning (10am to 2pm): $1,000 (Early arrival add-on: $250/hour) • Evening (4pm to 10pm): $1,500 (Extended checkout to 11pm: $250) • Full Day (7am to 11pm): $3,000 ⸻ Tableware Add-On - $95 per rental Our optional tableware package gives you access to our full inventory of dinnerware, flatware, and glassware - everything you’ll need for a beautiful and convenient setup. We carry multiple options in quantities large enough for any group size that fits the space. ⸻ Cleanup Add-On - $295 per rental This option lets you skip post-event cleaning entirely. It includes full cleanup of the space and any tableware rentals so you can head out at the end of your event without lifting a finger. If you prefer to handle cleanup yourself, we provide all supplies, including garbage and recycling bins. Our dishwashers handle most tableware items, and anything else can be washed in our kitchenette sink. ⸻ The Space and Furniture Tendue features filtered north-facing light and flexible furnishings that work well for meetings, celebrations, dinners, and photo shoots. Capacity • Up to 60 guests for standing, cocktail-style events • Up to 44 guests for seated dinners, meetings, or workshops Furnishings • Five long dining tables and one 48-inch round table • 48 matching dining chairs • Large marble-top island • Large wooden sideboard • Two lounge chairs • Kitchenette with double sink, refrigerator, two dishwashers, electric water kettle, and 12 cup coffee maker Features and Amenities • Street-level entrance, loading dock, and moving carts • High-speed internet with LTE backup • In-room heating and air conditioning • Bose Bluetooth sound system • 49 inch monitor on a fully movable wall with screen mirroring, 6ft HDMI cable & optional USB-C dongle, and streaming via Roku, Fire Stick, and AppleTV • Two 4ft x 6ft whiteboards • Furnished, private changing & nursing room • Additional onsite meeting spaces available • Cleaning supplies provided • Onsite garbage, recycling, and compost • Quick access to the MAX (Orange Line) and TriMet bus lines 4, 10, and 70 • Walkable to Ladd’s Addition rose gardens and Division-Clinton cafes, restaurants, and shops ⸻ Food and Drink We have no restrictions on food or drink. You’re welcome to bring your own or work with the caterer of your choice. While cooking in the space is not permitted and we do not supply any cooking devices, our kitchenette is perfect for prepared food, and New Seasons Market is just a few blocks away! We thoroughly clean the space between every booking. High-touch surfaces are disinfected, floors are swept and mopped, and all furniture are cleaned using appropriate products. We allow ample time between events to ensure the space is fresh and ready for the next guest.
