Many outdoor locations, stream mountains, woodlands, horse corals, chicken house, bridges, interior roads, the grass and woodlands have grown back for picturesque areas. Creek runs seasonal. Many different looks on one ranch- Some "spooky" cottages & burned out vehicles, trashy trailer for gritty look. Doubled as Malibu (sand flat area against hills), cottage in the woods, Big Bear, mid-west. Stream picnic areas, easy accessible. Or great for thriller. Easy to get to. Great shooting location, within the studio zone (25 mins from Hollywood and Downtown). No street lamps, overnight shooting. Very little overhead traffic and one very quiet road, private ranch surrounded by National Forest 6 minutes to freeways 210/5 Interior private roads. Lots of Parking enough for up to 70 cars, more parking close by. 2 entrances. Cottage, is 2 bedroom house can be used for makeup/wardrobe/office/hangout or you can shoot inside. Has kitchen you can use. Is on solar/generators right now, so not great for shooting due to noise for electric. Fine to have horses and we can provide ours to pet or ride. Gail is a showjumper (the jump photo on here is not at the ranch but ask if you need this type of horse/rider). You are welcome to shoot any props and tools you find, even vehicles, and you can shoot our dogs, chickens, sheep and horses. Dirt road to the top of the hill. This can be helicopter landing area or just great 360 view of undeveloped mountains. Miles of mountains, over-looks entire ranch and areas with 360 degrees un-developed land. Trailers you can use or shoot. Props, If we have it or can get it for you, you can use it and we try to be as helpful as possible.
