2,000 sq ft brick creative space in the Arts District — 14ft+ ceilings, open floor, kitchen. This versatile industrial space is built for photo shoots, film productions, meetings, and events, with high ceilings, concrete floors, and ground-floor access creating a raw, atmospheric backdrop. The layout includes distinct zones for staging, talent, and client review, plus a mezzanine level with a 10ft table and benches, a TV room, and shared bathrooms. The space also features 18 custom film-friendly bunk beds, suitable for crew rest areas during production days. For $200/hour + site rep, you privately rent this entire 2,000 sq ft space. Please note: shooting is limited to our space (not the remainder of the building), and there is no onsite parking — but there are lots nearby. We also have another location 1 block away. We ask for at least 1 week notice if possible.
