Our home features a custom kitchen adorned with beautiful marble and brass hardware, vaulted ceilings, an island and a glass table with seating for 8. We have a spacious living room with vaulted ceilings and wonderful lighting all through the day. Home also has a large master bedroom, a children's bedroom and two bathrooms. We have a large and modern backyard with grass, decks, large hedges and pebble patio as well as a deck off of the kitchen. We also have a separate converted garage/guest room. The home sits on a hill so out of windows are view of palm trees and the house has gorgeous light all day long. We also have a decorated front porch and modern door. It's perfect for fashion and other lifestyle shoots. We have hosted many shoots for fashion as well as a wine brand. Between the inside and outside we could fit 35-50 people.
