My family's beautiful home where we have been for several decades has four floors. Generally, we rent out the ground floor which is what you primarily see in the pictures above. It is a full spread from the front patio straight through to the backyard. The living room, dining room, and spacious kitchen, all make up one wide open space. We also rent out the second and third floors upon request. Pricing is negotiated depending on how much space is needed for a given production (i.e. number of floors of the house), AND the total number of people, crew plus actors etc. Located on a block where many of our children have grown up together, there are good vibes and a lively, culture. My neighbors and family nearby have been open and welcoming to the many films and music videos that we have hosted over the several years.

OCD household....thoroughly cleaned and disinfected on a weekly basis regardless of bookings. I do all cleaning myself and have been doing such for many years. I am the best when it comes to cleaning!!!
