There is a paved lot (1/4 mile away) at the end of Poe Parkway that is used for film crew/truck parking often. Also, the LA county park in our neighborhood rents parking also (1/2 mile). Previous productions have used these lots with shuttles (2-3 minute drive). Our house is located on a cul-de-sac at the top of Stevenson Ranch. 5 bedrooms, 4 baths and double car garage. Large property with big backyard and contemporary rectangular pool and spa, gas fire pit and seating around. Updated black pergola covering large patio. Large grass area surrounded by mature green privacy hedges all around. Two mature trees in yard. Backdrop of 10+ palm trees in neighbors yard with view mountains behind. Backyard is generously sized to allow for catering, equipment storage, etc, yet still have room for filming. Inside we have bright, light filled rooms. Large, updated open kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Large open area that encompasses kitchen, living room and eating area. Living room has updated fireplace with cement tiles. Open sitting room with pass through to dining room. Entire downstairs with dark wood floors. Open upstairs loft with black chalkboard wall and dark wood floor (previous productions like this space as a three walled "bedroom"). 2 children's rooms, one with nook window seat. Guest bedroom with it's own bathroom and very unique "circle" room off of it with lots of windows. All rooms generously sized which makes production easier. Also bedrooms can be used for cast waiting rooms.
