Back yard has a large pool,and many areas for lounging.. this space has it all! Outdoor living room with Gazebo and Chandeliere. EXTERIOR SPACE: All exterior areas of the property are available for filming including the front facade, driveway, pool, Drones Ok. INTERIOR SPACE: Available rooms: Master Bedroom, Master Bath, Gourmet Kitchen, Library, Guest Rooms, , Large open Living Room, Dining Room, and guest bathroom with tumbled marble floor to ceiling. PARKING: There is plenty of parking for equipment trucks and cast/crew. Unlimited parking spaces on the residential street as well with no parking restrictions. Available all days 8am-11pm. Off hours may also be available upon request. Topanga and Mulholland are the cross streets, house has a beautiful 1/3 acre back yard, fountains that light up at night and a woodturning pizza oven. Host and owner is a accomplished gourmet chef, services available separately. The house also features a recording studio and vocal booth, green screen, cameras, lights, drone, sliders, crane and stabilizers also available for extra charge. Location is very private so we can accommodate many types of projects.
