This unique completely open layout includes a 24 foot sliding pocket door that joins the covered outdoor patio to the living/kitchen/dining/fireplace area when completely opened. . The 10 foot vaulted ceilings and natural light create stunning images for video or photography. The outdoor area has a beautiful pool with built-in spa and grass inlaid concrete with a wooden bridge. The real grass and ficus plants allow for beautiful lush green contrast. The house is located just off the 101 freeway in the heart of Sherman Oaks. Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, and the Westfield Fashion Square mall are all walking distance away. Most any activity can be performed in the space allotted which includes the massive common area (living room, kitchen, dining room, fireplace area) which is over 1000 square feet alone and the whole back yard which is approximately 2400 square feet. There are 2 bathrooms for use (powder room close to the front door and bathroom closest to the kitchen). Hand soap, hand towels, baby wipes, and toilet paper included. Use of Pool and BBQ subject to extra charge. The outdoor patio furniture is included for guests and can seat up to 16 people. Indoor seating available for use consists of 3 bar stools, a dining table that seats 6, and a couch that seats 6-8 people comfortably If any of the furniture needs to be moved or rearranged host will have to approve. The outdoor covered patio includes use of a mini stainless sub zero fridge, a medium sized cooler, and a couple trash bins. Food delivery, catering, or bringing your own food is highly recommended. You can use the microwave or oven to heat food up or keep food warm. Please bring your own paper plates, plastic cups, plastic ware, and paper towels.
