This 1906 renovated home is situated in a quiet oasis in North Berkeley. This second floor spacious and sunny kitchen and adjacent dining room are a fabulous venue for corporate meetings, team off-sites, and brainstorming sessions. Large windows provide natural lighting and beautiful scenery. Breakout areas include a sunny South West facing deck and a comfortable & quiet lounge. AMENITIES -There are 8 comfortable dining chairs and the table extends to seat 10 comfortably. -Extra folding chairs are available. The photo does not reflect the cushioned chairs. - Fast wifi. - Whiteboard upon request. - A peaceful & sunny deck is available off the kitchen on the second floor. GETTING HERE Free regular street parking in a residential neighborhood with no time restrictions other than street parking on the first Wednesday and Thursday of the month between 12:30 and 3:30 pm. We are just 5 blocks from Bart and a short walk to many restaurants and cafes including Artís Coffee, Cafe Leila, La Marcha Tapas Bar & Indus Village.
