This old colonial home has a ton of unique backdrops and opportunities for creating content. There is a variety of original character inside and outside, with some new touches that make the space really beautiful. Each room is filled with floor to ceiling windows that let in the best light during the day. Space can be used for engagement, wedding, infant, product photoshoots/commercials, maternity, music videos, etc. Plenty of parking, cleared yard space, surrounded mostly by woods. Easy to access the house from all major surrounding cities. There is electricity and air conditioning, and bathrooms. The space is currently undergoing renovations, scheduled to be done in mid 2021. We are renting it out during and after renovations. Be sure to check in to see what stage of renovation we are in when you book. We update the listing as much as possible to reflect the current state of the house. KITCHEN IS OFF-LIMITS TO GUESTS, UNLESS RENTED FOR AN ADDITIONAL COST.
