Mid Century Hilltop Home with Stunning Views

Our mid century home is tucked away atop Mt. Washington, one of LA's most coveted neighborhoods best known for it's stunning views and peaceful retreat from the city. Located on the N.E side of Los Angeles in the hills of Highland Park, and 10-15 min away from Downtown, Silver Lake, Echo Park, Glendale and Pasadena. We don't have instant book available but we do respond immediately (within 10 min) so please reach out! This truly unique home includes sprawling floor to ceiling windows that look out onto a gorgeous view of the city, surrounded by mountains. White oak floors and crisp white walls create a light and airy vibe. The open concept makes the space incredibly versatile, perfect for commercial fashion and beauty shoots, personal photoshoots, filmed interviews and more. Make use of the outdoor yard space that features lemon and avocado trees and bougainvillea. The space also features a modern bathroom was elegantly redesigned with patterned cement tile, quartz countertops and brushed brass hardware, a mirror-lined front room (perfect for yoga or meditation) and a kitchen nook with a lush, tropical plant backdrop. ***Bedroom not available. We keep our bedroom locked during shoots. Some people have made use of the living room as a makeshift bedroom. We can provide a blow-up mattress and bedding if needed. ***We are no longer hosting music video shoots The types of shoots we're looking for: ideal shoots are small teams, limited equipment, no big trucks, quiet + respectful of our home and neighborhood. The types of shoots we cannot accommodate: large productions with trucks, trailers etc. teams larger than 15, or brands, products or content we do not feel comfortable with. Private driveway and ample street parking with no time limits, please note that we can't accommodate any large trucks as it is a narrow street and we don't want to obstruct our neighbors' traffic flow The furniture can be easily moved around for your convenience
