Our modern tudor home is perfect for a production or photoshoot. Newly remodeled by designer Ginny MacDonald and featured on MyDomaine and many other design sites. This house caters to a variety of different looks and shoot locations while maintaining stylistic cohesion. Tons of open street parking, accessible side gate for loading in and out of the backyard, and easy going neighbors. We have a large corner lot with amazing natural light from the many windows. Free tech scout included with all bookings. If you need an earlier start time than is listed, please message me directly. We have safely hosted for small productions during COVID. We clean meticulously before and after as well as space out shoots by 48 hours minimum.
