This is a 4000 sqft+ multi-purpose arts space that functions mainly as a recording studio. There are three large rooms with exposed brick throughout, as well as private access to the Blackstone River. Extensive collection of musical equipment available for use by talent; guitars, drums, pianos, mics, keyboards, anything else you'd need. Largest room can easily fit 40 people standing comfortably.
