Lights NOT included. Great morning light through windows. Area is industrial with great urban locations around. Fast wifi. Easy to get to from all parts of Los Angeles. GOOD FOR: Photoshoots, small productions, interviews, meetings, classes/seminars, acting rehearsals/practice, small get-togethers. This is not a sound stage, outside noises can not be controlled and can occasionally be heard from within studio. No large productions or large crews with trucks and equipment. No roof access.
