Large Marigny House with Courtyard and Studio

Our house is a duplex that can open into a whole home. There are two full kitchens, seating for 14 at two large tables in two dinning rooms, two living rooms, 6 bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms and two half baths, a quiet courtyard (with seating for 20 and a beautiful studio (with a kitchenette and full bathroom.) We are a ten minute walk to the French Quarter, five minutes to the river and surrounded by wonderful restaurants and coffee shops (ex. Saint Roch Market, The Franklin, Paladar 511, Mimi's.) The house is good for meetings, film shoots, workshops and photo shoots. We are not a good spot for loud parties as we are in a quiet, residential neighborhood. We would consider quieter, low key parties. We can help you with catering, classes and transportation if you need it. The price to use our house is $300 an hour with a 3 hour minimum.
