Huge Whiteboard Workshop Space in Van Nuys

We use this space for storytelling group events and our business planning sessions. Guests have used it for teaching, for Mastermind Sessions, for games nights, as a conference room, and for lunchtime get-togethers. The maximum capacity is 18 with two sofas, seating 6 people comfortably, and 12 high-quality folding chairs. We have, however, listed the capacity as 12 because that is a more comfortable attendance level. If you want to host an event with a slightly higher capacity than 12, just let me know. A huge (12ft wide by 8 ft tall) whiteboard along one wall makes brainstorming and wide-ranging planning sessions easy to capture and manage. We have also used it for games when we've held team-building events and small parties. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge freezer, microwave, induction stovetop, Keurig coffee maker, and dishwasher. The room also has an en-suite restroom. The space has its own independent HVAC with remote control so that you can set what is comfortable for you and your guests. There is a table, 4 chairs, and a bench in front of the studio for breaks and smokers. There's plenty of free parking on the street and a single space in front of the studio's entrance. The studio is easily wheelchair accessible; being at ground level with no steps and a standard 36in door.
