Romantic, enchanted cottage at beautiful lake Sherwood

This beautiful cottage can be used for just about any activities. Its ideal for movies, picture shooting and weddings (all of which has taken place here before) or simply a romantic getaway. This older style single story cottage is sitting on a 1/2 acre property full of beautiful oak trees in a private street. It has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths and can be utilized furnished or unfurnished. There are skylights and high ceilings in most of the rooms to provide for better lighting. Across the house is a park and then the famous Lake Sherwood where you can swim, fish, paddle board or just enjoy the boat ride in the 8 seat electric boat (Contact Host - Extra restriction and cost for use of the boat will apply). There are 2 car garage, a circular driveway and additional 4 car parking at the property which can fit over 12 cars. The 2000 s.f. cottage has a big open living/dining room which can fit about 18 people sitting and about 50 people if the furniture were to be removed to utilize it for standing/dancing, etc... Many more people can enjoy the outdoor patios where you can enjoy view of the lake and beautiful greenery. The park, volleyball court, kids playground and the lake are right across the way which can be utilized as well.
