We pride ourselves in the versatility of our venue, and our ability to offer customized events to suit our guests' vision! Overall design : rustic-chic lake house meets vintage smoking parlour. This 6000 SF house contains a full commercial kitchen, a 900 SF dining room, 800 SF guest lounge/game room, 500 SF parlour room/reception lobby, men's, women's and handicap accessible bathrooms on main floor + 8 bedrooms & 8 bathrooms, 3 of which have direct access to a shared 400 SF upper balcony, located just one flight up an antique staircase. The grassy outdoor space can suit anything from a fun casual cookout to an elegant cocktail party. Our on site restaurant features a Chef-Driven Modern American food menu showcasing local ingredients whenever possible, plus a full bar focusing on signature craft cocktails, boutique wines, craft and local beers. A 2 tier outdoor dining deck overlooks a vast backyard with over 500 feet of lake frontage, wildflowers, and mature trees. Yard is fully fenced off from street and parking area, allowing for privacy. Grab a drink from the outdoor bar and lounge on the Adirondack chairs by the lakeside bonfire pit, or enjoy the view from inside through a wall of glass French doors in the well-appointed Game Room (where you'll find lounge seating, a shuffleboard table, board games, Cable TV and bluetooth speaker). On site parking for up to 20 cars available (with option for overflow parking in adjacent lot); recommendations for trusted local shuttle and taxi services are also available. Perfect for wedding/bachelor/bachelorette parties, rehearsal dinners, or cocktail parties, intimate weddings (under 80 guests), group retreats, baby/bridal showers or luncheons, holiday, birthday & all other events.
