This is a spacious yet warm industrial loft, studio, and gallery. The ~1,000 sq. ft. corner unit is on the 3rd floor of a commercial building for active creatives and artists. It features high ceilings, new hardwood floors, and both south and west-facing windows, giving the space incredible natural light. It's ideal for daytime-sunset activities: workshops, talks, pop-up retail events, and brand launches, team meetings, networking gatherings, literary clubs, drawing salons, photography/film/video shoots, screenings, castings, and intimate private events. Update due to Covid-19: Bookings are spaced apart (at minimum 1 day between bookings so there is enough time for a deep clean and wait time), at a minimum of 4 hours per booking and max capacity of 12 people per production. Our goal is to support our fellow creatives in making you feel at home, host your guests with ease in style, and help you make things happen for your personal craft, hobbies, and business.
