Constructed in 1977 as part of a major recording facility, this large room was designed for great sound, with ceilings over 20 feet and a distinctly vintage feel. Ideal for music rehearsals, video shoots, casual jams, special media events, theme parties, exclusive fundraising events or even intimate concerts, everything simply sounds wonderful in this space. You'll also find vintage instruments such as: • A few dozen guitar instruments and amps • 1928 Steinway concert grand piano • Authentic Hammond B3 organ, • Electric pianos • Drum kits *Professional musicians, sound and recording services available upon request.
