This is a 1 1/2 acre property on top of a mountain with 360 degree views of the Santa Monica Mountains. The property is across from National Park Service land and a short trail to stunning views. It is very quiet and secluded. There are several different types of spaces on the property. There are several different patios, a large pool and spa, a sauna, large natural backyard, a horse pasture, a tack room with a small deck next to the horses, and much more. My home is fantastic for outdoor meetings or small parties. The pool and spa is an entertainer's pool surrounded by rocks, flowers, plants and a waterfall. The backyard is mostly dirt with some tall pine trees and can be transformed into a stage or set up with tables for a party or made to be an outdoor adventure.
