MILWAUKEE NATURAL-LIGHT FILLED URBAN DESIGN STUDIO: A white studio space with natural light & access to an abundance of amazing props: an unrivaled selection of vintage, modern, and bohemian furniture & decor to stylishly outfit the space for your needs. Whether you need stylish lounge groupings for brainstorming/breakout sessions, hip classroom seating for training/educational purposes, unique tables & chairs for a conference/meeting arrangement, an instagram-worthy workshop, a rad podcast setup for your video channel, or just a place to shoot &/or create content: we’ve got you covered! AMENITIES: 420 square feet of transformable space located in the heart of Milwaukee. White patinaed brick walls & concrete floor filled w/ an abundance of natural light from skylights & large south-facing windows. Light-filtering curtains can be opened or closed. Includes wifi & all accessible rentals at time of session. 1 onsite rep will be present. 2 bathrooms, breakroom (w/ full-size fridge, microwave, coffee maker, & electric kettle), large sink, wireless printer, & large kitchen (for pre-made meal prep & must reserve in advance) available at ground level. This venue is ambient temperature most months and temperature-controlled in cold months. Garage doors can remain open during daytime hours with non-inclement weather. Floor fans are available upon request. 2nd-floor conference room (w/ a 4’x8′ table that seats up to 12 guests) & private office spaces if available at time of use, dressing room (w/ bathroom, 2 sinks, salon chair, hair & make-up area, clothes rod w/ hangers, steamer, iron, & ironing board), unique common area w/ a living-room-style lounge, hot desk & community tables, & small kitchenette (w/ coffee/tea pod maker, small fridge, beverage sink, & microwave) are also available via stair access only during your session. Pedestrian doors stay locked & onsite rep will let you in. Second-floor amenities available via stair access. PRICING: 119./hour during normal business hours (M-Th 9:00a-5:00p) 169./hour during weekend hours (F-Su 9:00a-5:00p) 239./hour outside normal business hours and weekend hours. Price includes use of space, one onsite rep to answer any questions you may have, cleaning fee, and use of accessible* rental items for studio rental.
