The Luxe Galore boasts 4 beautiful rooms within an apartment space located in the vibrant area of Washington Heights. Our production studio is ideal for Photoshoots & Video Production. The space is very bright, open, spacious and warm. It has a lot of natural light. The high ceilings and wooden floors create a picturesque and antique feel. The space comes with 5 different sections to shoot in plus a kitchen and private bathroom. A SMOKING FEE of $99 applies if you need to smoke for the shots. You can purchase this as an add-on once you submit a booking request. Location is conveniently located one block away from the 1 train. PLEASE NOTE that if you are looking to drive and park here, it is best to arrive 15-20 minutes prior as there is street parking on the block. There is also a parking lot on 184th and Broadway. All furniture is included and there is one soft box available for an additional $15. This space has a 5th floor walk up.

We make sure to sanitize the space and clean all surfaces daily. We provide hand sanitizer upon entry and ensure everyone takes their shoes off upon arrival to keep all outside bacteria away from the space.
