We offer a full range of professional services to the community that include: • Events: Parties, Showers, Weddings... by the hour including setup and breakdown time • Meeting and studio space rentals: hourly, half/full day • Monthly Professional Memberships available • Gallery space available on a monthly showing basis • Host location for the monthly Wilmington Art Loop • Host location for your next event! We are conveniently located in the artist district LOMA in the City of Wilmington, just a few minutes off of I-95 – Only 40 minutes from Philadelphia, 1 hour from Baltimore, 15 minutes from Jersey – 2 blocks from AMTRAK/SEPTA Train Station! The perfect centralized location to meet your clients within the region. Hours by Appointment only. Total Hours needed includes Setup & Breakdown time. Please plan accordingly.

Die Gäste können ihre Buchung bis 7 Tage vor Beginn des Events stornieren und erhalten den vollen Buchungspreis (einschließlich aller Gebühren) zurück. Die Gäste können ihre Buchung zwischen 7 Tagen und 24 Stunden vor Beginn des Events stornieren und erhalten 50 % des Buchungspreises (ohne Gebühren) zurück.
