Please send an inquiry with a description of your project, not a booking request. *Gym use is by special request only and must be approved in advance. Film and Video productions (as opposed to still photography) have an additional fee of +$150/hour. This surcharge is due to the need for multiple scouts, heavier footprint, wear & tear, and EQ associated with these shoots. Additional costs: - 1x $1000 Site Rep Fee - 1x $300 Cleaning Fee These two fees have been combined and are reflected in the listed cleaning fee. Finally, we require all bookings to put down a Security Deposit (5x hourly fee). This Security Deposit will be returned to your account within 5-10 business days assuming no damages occurred during your shoot. The hourly base rate increases as your head count increases. Please plug in your numbers to calculate your base rate in the Peerspace widget. Someone from our team will be on site with you for the duration of the shoot to orient you in the space and also to verify head count and that all rules are followed. We have a 8 hour minimum, if you book for 6 hours you will be charged for 8 hours. If you book for 6 hours, you must still let us know if your schedule shifts. The safest way to plan to avoid overages like OT is to simply schedule yourself for the full 8 hours even if you do not anticipate needing the full amount of time. Events and large impact network/commercial filming will require a customized fee schedule. We do not accommodate discounts and cannot be flexible with minimum hours. You cannot book this location for a few hours. Payment Policy: All location fees and the security deposit are due ahead of your shoot start time. Supplies: All productions are responsible for bringing their own supplies (e.g., toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags) and for removing all garbage after the project has wrapped. Content Policy: Our content policy prohibits nudity, sexual content, violence, blood/gore, anti-religious imagery, etc. If you are unsure whether your project complies with this policy, please inquire directly. Violations of the content policy may result in your shoot being interrupted or shut down, along with the forfeiture of your security deposit. See our other locations linked below! This content creation location is suitable for both photo and film and located in South Brooklyn. This location with beautiful, untouched details gives you the perfect NYC Film Location vibe. There's many different rooms fitting your visual project and bringing the vision alive. This location is perfect for video and photo productions and can set the mood for many different storylines. This location offers an abundance of natural light and a wide variety of different spaces to match and enhance your creative vision. This location draws much attention due to it's vintage decor, and the collection of 60’s, 70’s and 80’s props. All props are free to use and move around. All props may be used at no additional costs. Note* This location has been refurnished, we recommend you scout before booking. We manage several locations in Manhattan and Brooklyn and have an extended amount of experience in production. When you book one of our spaces, you'll be connected to an on-site representative who will be with you throughout your production to orient you in the space and answer any questions. Upon booking this location it's required to sign a Location Agreement. Absence of a signed Location Agreement can lead to the host canceling the booking. No nudity whatsoever. Heavy Equipment can’t be plugged into the Location’s power network. Crews should be aware that the Location runs on normal household power circulation and that they would need to arrange for an external power generator themselves may they have any Heavy Equipment in their EQ Package.
