Modern Photo + Film Studio in Art Space with skylights

Located in the heart of downtown Alameda, CA., in the PHOENIX Alameda building amongst the artist studios. This quaint photo studio, at 475 square feet, is the perfect studio rental for table top, product, flat lays, headshots, and small set on-figure portraits. The studio space is also a great setup for casting calls, offsite meetings, and workshops. Subject to ambient sound. This studio is not perfect for sound recordings. Please discuss your needs with us if you are recording sound. Photoshoots have a 4 hour minimum. Lighting and backdrop equipment is not including in the space rental. All equipment must be provided by guest. Set up and break down is not included. Make sure to allocate enough time in your rental window for set up and break down. For productions with a crew over 25 people or castings that need a separate waiting room, there are options available within our space to add on. Add on spaces available: The Art Gallery rents for an additional $75/ hour and includes a small lounge, high tables and stools and 2 giant bean bags. Please contact us for images of this space if interested. The Writer's Room rents for an additional $50/hr. This is a great spot for Hair and Make up, staging etc. The Writers Room has a beautiful aesthetic and is completely private. Coffee, Tea, and Espresso Service Available for additional cost: • Add beverage service to your meeting for $6 per person, or $20 per person for unlimited drinks throughout the day. • For groups of more than 10 guests, a $150 barista service fee will be added, which includes up to 3 hours of staffed service.
