Daily rate of $900 based on a 12 hour day. We have several spaces ready made sets and flex space for a set to be decorated or built if needed. Available M-Sat for all day shoots. Plenty of parking in lot steps away from location especially before 9am. We are in a small shopping center with Starbucks, Target, Big Lots, Post office, Trader Joe's and eateries. I am happy to arrange a location visit. The best starting place for the conversation is to describe your usage and plans for props and set builds, how many cast and crew and what are your needs interns of separate spaces for hair, make up, holding for actors, area for craft services etc. Note the photo of the small stage is a set that we built for our short film. If needed it is available to be re installed. When you book our space you are helping us support adults with developmental and physical challenges who live in the community, our business for 30 years. You are also supporting our Arts and community services and culture. Thank you!
