Located 20 minutes north of Hollywood, our compound sits on 1/2 acre in the Santa Monica Mountain Conservancy. Our Pool and 1000 square foot Spanish style pool house, are available for photo and film shoots. The pool house houses a fully functional kitchen, bedroom, full bathroom, and dining area. There are multiple outlets, and tons of natural light via the many windows and skylight. The salt water pool is equipped with hot tub, loungers, outdoor dining area and more. We've had three very successful music video shoots in this location, and several photoshoots. Please no nudity, thank you.
