** Stairs: You must climb two flights of long and steep stairs to reach this studio on the third floor. If you have difficulties going up stairs, please book our first floor space instead. Unfortunately, there are no elevators in the building. We do not provide any photographers, videographers or any equipment (lights, backdrops, extension cords, etc.). You must bring your own. There is no HVAC system in the building. We have two heat blowers - one in the first floor room and another in the second floor hallway. There is a small portable heater in this studio and a private bathroom with a mirror in this studio. The warehouse is three floors. When you shoot at the warehouse, you can shoot in the hallway and stairway as well. The first floor of the warehouse has 3 large bathrooms with mirrors that everyone can use. There are multiple electrical outlets in every room of the warehouse and in the hallways. We do not provide a PA system. Please bring your own. We have lots of furniture (couches, chairs, sofas, etc.) that can be used. However, please treat the furniture gently and put everything back as you found it when you are finished using the space. This listing is for our 500 square foot Natural Light Studio on the 3rd Floor as a production space.
