Landmark Boathouse and Dock in the Northwoods

This is an extremely unique space located in the Northwoods of Wisconsin and includes three very photogenic vehicles. The property includes two homes: one set back in the woods with a 50's era ice cream parlor in the basement; the other a landmark "wet" boathouse: the largest one in the area. Boathouses like these are no longer allowed to be built but this one was grandfathered in before the laws changed. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a 50's era kitchen and screened in porch that protrudes about 200 feet out from the shoreline. Underneath the boathouse are two classic watercrafts: a 1951 Wooden Chris Craft Sportsman, and a 1979 Correct Craft Ski Nautique. The expansive wooded trails on property are made up of red pine, white pine, spruce, oak and white birch trees. The dock is the largest on the chain, the main house also features a 1951 Willy Jeep and a waterfront fire pit and grill patio.
