Stately Historic Colonial in Quaint Community

EXTERIOR FILMING: $450/HR, minimum of 8 hours INTERIOR FILMING: $575/HR, minimum of 8 hours Our house is beautiful, well maintained, large (3,200 SF), very open, with alot of natural sunlight. There is a long history of filming at our property. This is due to a few reasons: 1. We are located in South Pasadena, CA. The City is extremely friendly to film production. (Note: All filming in South Pasadena requires a permit.) 2. Our property is on a very wide street with a lot of street parking. This allows for ease of mobility and parking for multiple trucks and service vehicles/equipment that are needed for larger productions. 3. Our house has very large, open rooms that allow for easy camera equipment setup and maneuverability. 4. Our house has a very ideal 'American' style and look, as well as a lot of natural daylight.
