Art studio space for use. 1500 square foot. Located near Haywood Mall and Hwy 385. Surrounded by restaurants and fast food supported by Postmates, DoorDash, and GrubHub. Large parking lot with Congaree Rd. access. Two classrooms with plenty of electrical outlets, great lighting, and 50" TV for meetings. Presentation stages in both classrooms with thick industrial curtain partition. Two ADA approved restrooms with sinks. Microwave, refrigerator and coffee machine available. Bring your own coffee. 24 head capacity in each classroom with tables and extra seating. Each classroom is split by a partition curtain, unless the entire studio is requested and granted at booking. Payments are made in full as a holding deposit and are non-refundable due to our high volume class schedule. You will not receive a refund if you cancel your booking, and reschedules will not be honored if requested less than 7 days prior to your booking date.
