With ample lighting in every room, great period details, immaculate hardwood floors and large windows. Quaint backyard with garden beds, walnut trees, and patio. Wifi available. Private driveway and on-street parking with no time restrictions (except street cleaning on 2nd and 4th Tuesdays from 9am-12pm). Near Lake Merritt, Lakeshore Ave., Grand Avenue, 580, 880, and bus lines to BART.
