Private room is situated on the edge of large open space with direct Tilden Park canyon views and 5-10 minute drive from commercial areas of Berkeley. Indoor outdoor living with french doors and deck. Ideal space for photoshoots, filmed interviews, video shoots, model shoots, interior shoots, magazine shoots, and lifestyle shoots. This listing is for our 450 square foot downstairs studio with floor to ceiling windows looking out to canyon below, deck, and garden. The upstairs available upon request for additional charge (not pictured). If you are interested in more areas please contact me. Deck is above the studio and detached with Canyon view and measures 25' x 12' Various Midcentury furniture, wooden stools, and designer pieces available as props. 4 parking spots including two spaces in driveway. Hot tub not available. Only the deck.

The space is cleaned at least 1 day before each booking. Surfaces are disinfected. Space is not used in the hours prior to booking and doors are left open for ventilation.
