Sitting room offers a charming retro/vintage style with natural light and a piano, a large sofa sits low along with an arm chair. 2. Dining room seats six around a large rustic wooden table which can be expanded to seat ten. 3. Living room is spacious with large sectional, armchair, reading nook, and floor cushions. 4. Covered outdoor space is accessible through a 12' accordion door and lounge seating. Additional chairs can be brought in for each area. Additional seating can be found around the kitchen counter, a large, flat backyard can accommodate party tables/chairs and a fun outdoor children's tree house style play loft. Kitchen may be used to prepare meals and drinks. Kitchen includes a 4 burner gas range, electric oven, wine fridge, Nespresso machine, and other small appliances are available. Any alcohol consumption must be approved prior to booking. Large television can be used for presentations. Audio/visual connections are available, please inquire prior to booking. An addition was completed in 2016 that added over 1200 sq ft. House sits high on the street in a quiet, family friendly, beach neighborhood with plenty of street parking, street level access through the alley, and lots of coffee shops, supermarkets, and eateries within a 1 mile radius.
