The house has four distinct areas that make excellent backdrops for photo and video production. 1. Sitting room offers a charming retro/vintage style with natural light, large sofa, lounge chair, & piano. Three shuttered windows provide natural light. 2. Kitchen is modern with high end appliances that is an ideal space for entertaining. 3. Extra large living room with large Pottery Barn sectional sofa is styled with a fireplace, built in cabinetry, reading nook, skylights, and 12' La Cantina doors that open to the covered outdoor living space. 4. Outdoor space is covered with lounge furniture, large yard, and children's play loft/treehouse. Light French Oak floors flow throughout the entire living space unless covered by rugs. Master bath is also available if needed and perfect for photo shoots with large shower and standalone tub. Home has multiple changing rooms and full length mirror. An addition was completed in 2016 that added over 1200 sq ft. House sits high on the street in a quiet, family friendly, beach neighborhood with plenty of street parking, street level access through the alley, and lots of coffee shops, supermarkets, and eateries within a 1 mile radius.

Space is professionally cleaned between rentals by a professional cleaning company that adheres to CDC cleaning and disinfecting guidelines. We use HEPA air filters throughout the house that are always running before, during, and after rentals.
