We have up to 14 well-appointed classrooms for rent on the 3rd floor inside the Lloyd Center. Each room includes a projector, sound system, and wi-fi at no additional charge. We have no hourly minimum and no food/beverage requirement. Acres of free parking are right outside of our doors. **This listing is for Room #2** Up to 13 people per room in order to maintain social distancing guidelines. Rooms are available 7 days a week, 7AM-9PM. Our space is ideal for classes, business meetings, presentations, discussions, training and workshops. Restrooms are located inside our space. Our front desk is staffed during normal business hours. People who rent with us walk away impressed with our outstanding meeting space, professional service, and very affordable rates. Discounts available for multi-day, multi-room, or long-term rentals.

On top of being cleaned professionally by the Lloyd Center cleaning crew at the end of the day, each room is wiped down with disinfecting spray before and after each rental. Chairs and tables will be placed at acceptable distances to maintain a safe environment. In room hand sanitizer and disinfecting spray will be readily available.
